SLA of 12 hours to respond to a customer support issue related to InstaFi

SLA of 36 hours to resolve a customer support issue related to InstaFi

DApp Community Channel Support

We will have InstaFi Discord & Telegram mods join your community channels and monitor any support requests related to InstaFi. If an issue does arise in a dApp's community channel - the following support procedure will be followed

Customer Issue Resolution Process

  1. Reply to user request indicating that the problem was an InstaFi issue and not related to your dApp

  2. Send user to preferred InstaFi channel for expedited resolution

  3. Provide estimated timeline for resolution based on related transaction services and their response times (in most cases will be <24 hours)

  4. Resolve issue
